Primrose Valley Testimonials

We have been to few Haven holidays in the past. we have been to Cala Gran near Blackpool which was quite good, Blue Dolphin which was very good and had a great soft play for the kids. This year we are going back to Primrose Valley which we enjoyed a couple of years ago. There is also a mini funfair within the park which the kids loved and the pool is also great fun.

As a family we have been to a lot of Haven parks and have never been disappointed yet. We have always found accommodation clean and well equipped and the entertainment both for adults and children is second to none.
We go every year at least once for a 3 night break, we have been to Blue Dolphin, Caister, Primrose Valley (one of our favourites!!) and a couple of others. You won't be disappointed and the fantastic pools keep the kids happy for hours so if you are looking for a great value family holiday then Haven is the way to go!!

We have been going to Haven caravan parks for a few years now and I can't recommend them enough. Last year we went to Primrose Valley and it was excellent. The entertainment for kids of all ages was great...my daughter would get dressed up every evening for the children's disco and it's her favourite part of the holiday. The location is fantastic, it has various swimming pools, lots of shops, cafes etc and is a short walk from the beach. We are planning to go again this year...give it a try!

Jules says: I took my daughter to Primrose Valley Haven holiday park last year for a week and it far exceeded any expectations I had!! Having previously had an 'ok' holiday at a Haven park my expectations weren't too high, but I was delighted and amazed by Primrose Valley!! They had thought of everything!! Whilst checking in they had a free bouncy castle on the go outside supervised by their redcoats for the kids - problem 1, queuing with impatient 5 year old, addressed! On arrival to the caravan, I found it clean, spacious and had everything we would need for our holiday. Not too far from the beach or complex centre - problem 2, not wanting to go too far from said caravan due to traditional British weather, sorted!! When we did experience the best of British (weather that is) there was still umpteen things to do!! The pool complex was fantastic! My non-swimming daughter loved it and I struggled to get her out of it most days. There was water cannons (yes I was primary target!!), stepping stones, fountains, and a huge water shower that came down randomly soaking us both! Alongside that, the redcoats earned there money keeping the kids entertained with Rory and friends, there was an arcade, indoor soft play area etc!! We could have stayed indoors everyday and done something different every time! We did, however, get some good days and due to the proximity of the park to Filey were able to walk along the beach and experience the freshest of fish and chips there!! The beaches were lovely and clean. We also, caught a bus, direct from the park, to Bridlington and shopped, ate ice cream and played on the beach!! The classic British seaside holiday!! I thought 7 days may be too long but wasn't long enough and we look forward to going back again this year!! Highly recommended for any family!!
